The Wet & Wild

We are getting rain.........AGAIN. We received a good 2 inches the first part of the week and now today we could get up to 4 inches.
So yesterday the septic was pumped out and I dug a trench from the cellar door to a runoff area in order to prevent my basement from flooding.
As I look out the window it is still raining. The one thing about spring/summer is that the weather men become more accurate on the weather forecasts so in a way it's nice to know what's coming down the pike but then again you have a few more days to either get pissy about the weather or feel good about it.
Give me a sunny 75 degree day with a light wind and I'll be as happy as a pig in mud. No complaints on this end. Now if you're a fish.....
