Sunday Comes Monday

I guess you can say I am a weekend man. I enjoy my weekends. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Weekends are a time I can do pretty much what I want and when I want, to a degree. Yes, there are "things" that are done that are planned for me but without getting into specifics, I have no problem with that.
I like my job, which I understand is a rarity in the world today. Even so, I look forward to my weekends. Even on a Monday! I also look forward to retirement but that is a few years off so it gives me some time to get my "ducks in order". Those ducks are my bucks which will make retirement possible. So for now, I'm satisfied with my weekends.
A little old business: I am elated that Drew Lachay won the "Dancing With The Stars" TV show. A splendid time as guaranteed and enjoyed by all.
NEW SHOW: I watched the new show "THE UNIT" and I must say that I was impressed. The show kept me pretty much on the edge of my seat. not a whole lot of action but what there was, was intense and some good interaction between the characters. This show you have to record on your DVR so you can catch those action scenes again, even though the camera does slow the action down a bit, it's worth a second watch. So catch an episode when you can.
